As a small team, we try to deliver our customers the best online shipping experience as possible! 🙂

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and added at checkout process.
We use a flat rate shipping. Shipping cost is fixed regardless of the weight, size or number of items.

You can also select the “Pickup” option. This option is free of charge and you will need to visit the store in Lisbon to collect your order in person.

Usually We’ll have your order ready for dispatch within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Please take this time into consideration in addition to the delivery times. the courier company only sends and receives goods on working days.
all parcels are sent with a tracked delivery service.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your online order*, send back the item(s) in the same condition in which they were received within 14 days and we can get it processed for you once it has made its way safely back to us in Lisbon.
Please note: If your package has been returned to us from the postal service because it was unclaimed / incorrect address provided etc, a second delivery fee will be charged for re-delivery.
